CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY UPDATE. WE WILL ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT 7 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS
Your 100% satisfaction is always our goal at goodgoth.com! If you would like to return an item, please read these instructions and fill out our Easy Returns form below. We happily accept returns postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of your merchandise.
Please return all items in the same condition they were received complete with tags. Corsets should be tried on over a t shirt to prevent any markings to the corset. Items must not to be worn, altered, washed or have acquired smells such as tobacco, perfume etc. We will not accept any soiled returns or returns covered in animal hair.
Please note if the returned item is not approved by our return and quality control department, this will be returned to the customer.
Returns that are not in resalable condition will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. Damaged packaging (shoe box) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Please do not mark or tape shoe boxes. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. We reserve the right to refuse EXCESSIVE returns from a customer. Do not damage an item just because you do not want it. Damaged items are only returnable for exchange of same item. No cash refunds on damaged goods.
Refunds will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Store Credits will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you- the one you used when you placed your order.
If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be issued. There will be no restocking fee if you return an item for goodgoth.com store credit .
Return Policy on Footwear
Footwear is returnable UNWORN (other than trying on) within 7 days of receipt for store credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS ON FOOTWEAR. STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not accept returns showing signs of wear, wear to soles or covered in animal hair. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. Damaged shoe boxes will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark or tape shoe boxes. Please place the shoes and their packaging in a shipping box or wrap the shoe box with brown paper before addressing and shipping it.
Refused or Return to Sender Parcels
Packages refused or returned to sender will be issued a refund less restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges and the return charges assessed by the carrier.
Non Returnable items
For health reasons, we do not accept returns of hosiery, cosmetics, hair dye, intimate wear, earrings, even if unopened. There are no returns or exchanges on these items. Items not sold directly by Goodgoth.com. Items purchased from a third party advertising on Goodgoth.com must be returned to that merchant, not to us. Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller.
Sale/Clearance items; Sale of items purchased from our On Sale rack (www.goodgoth.com/sale-
Items purchased with a dollar off promo i.e $20 off a $100 purchase , etc will have the discount prorated for each item. Any returned items will be credited at the actual prorated price paid. Free with purchase items must be returned with the original purchase if the return is for a refund. If the return is for an exchange or store credit, the free with purchase item is yours to keep .
Please be sure you loosen the lacing on a corset before trying it on. A corset is meant to be tightened once you are wearing it. Loosen the laces so that you can fasten the front or zip it up, if it has a zipper, then tighten the back laces. Loosen the laces to approx your natural waist.
While we try to make returns as easy and painless as possible, Goodgoth retains the right to REFUSE TO PROCESS a return showing abuse, hair-human or non human, or made after our 7 day return policy. We will Not Accept, Nor Will We Process returns that are in unsalable condition. You don’t want us to send you used dirty clothing. We don’t want you to send us used, dirty clothing, either. Thanks :)
