Can you mark my foreign parcel as a gift so I don't have to pay duty on it?

No, we can not. All parcels are marked merchandise and customer is responsible for any duty. We apologize for the existence of duties on parcels to certain countries, however, this it beyond our control. Taxes and duties are levied by your Country, not by Goodgoth.com or the U.S A. Marking merchandise as a gift is illegal and we will not do it. We love you. Honest. But we won't break the law for you.

A customer commented" but what if it really IS a gift?"

Answer; it's not. Gift means we are sending it to YOU as a gift, which we aren;t. Not that you are giving it to someone else as a gift. As we are not sending it you you as a gift, it is not a gift. Tax and duty will still apply.
