Our footwear has standard calf sizing unless otherwise noted as wide or plus size. If you have difficulty buying boots due to calf size, you will almost certainly experience the same difficulty buying boots from us. We try to note the calf measurements in the descriptions.
Not all boots reach the calf, and some go over the calf. When a boot lists "shaft height", that's the height of the boot from your heel up. Measure up your leg when you are standing flat. That is where the boot will rise on your leg. You can then measure around your leg at that point. That will be either the "calf circumference" or "boot opening" measurement.
Please note, when a boot has a zipper up the side AND laces, you should still unlace the boot. You may find it fits fine. Zippers are to assist in your taking the boots off quickly, not so much putting them on quickly.
