Ordering is easy!

1) Order with our shopping cart. When you see something you want to buy, click on the "buy now" button. It will be tossed into the cart. You can add/remove/edit as much as you want before you finalize your order. The cart is secure via SSL, the industry standard in security.  Goodgoth.com never ever sells it's mailing list, our customer's info, email addresses etc. We value your safety and privacy!

Damages. Keep all your packing materials and contact us. Do not return a damaged item until you contact us. UPS may need to inspect the item  at the destination for a claim to be processed

Shipping Information. We ship every order at goodgoth.com ASAP. As.Soon.As.Possible. In some cases there are delays for restocks. We ask that you allow up to 30 days, although the vast majority of orders ship much much quicker. BUT! If you need an item by a specific date, please note on your order in the "additional comments" field!  And if your date can not be met or additional rush charges will apply, we will email you.

Carrier.  We ship via UPS and USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISDIRECTED PARCELS DUE TO CUSTOMER ADDRESS ERROR. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFO WHEN ORDERING. Please make sure to include apartment or Suite numbers where appropriate.

Rush Orders. Rush service is available. Please note your Need by date in the "additional comments" field of the cart. If additional cost applies to your order, we will contact you for your approval prior to charging your card. Shipping to the Eastern portion of the country will cost less than to the West coast. Shipping is also variable by weight. Please note that it is extremely expensive to overnight a pair of boots!  (think over $60- not kidding) If you request overnight delivery and we can not reach you for you to approve the charge, we will NOT ship the parcel until we have communicated with you and recieved your approval of the charge.

We are a Mail Order only/Internet company. We do not have a physical store location. We do not offer pick up service of any kind. No exceptions.
