How to Order
1. One Cart makes it easy!
Order with our shopping cart. We are shopping cart enabled. Make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. When you see something you want to buy, click on the "buy now" button. It will be tossed into the cart. You can add/remove/edit as much as you want before you finalize your order. The cart is secure via SSL, the industry standard in security. Credit card orders are processed by hand, by us. There is no third party involvement. Goodgoth.com never ever sells it's mailing list, our customer's info, email addresses etc. We value your safety and privacy! Some cart tips; check your quantities! Confirm your order and your quantities. ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INFO. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL, YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS AND YOUR CREDIT CARD #. Many people have misentered some or all of the above info. This can GREATLY delay your order. If there's a problem with any info and your email address bounces, your order will likely be put in indefinate hold. Yep. So if you order and you DON'T get an autoresponder confirmation, that means you've entered an invalid email address. Please contact us to correct the info.
Please note that we ONLY ship boots to the U.S, Canada and U.S military and territories. We do NOT ship boots to U.K, Europe, Japan, etc, due to difficulties with lost parcels, excessive duties levied, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask your understanding.
2. Carrier. Foreign orders ship via U.S Mail. CUSTOMS CHARGES WILL APPLY. Please note, customs charges are issued by YOUR country. Goodgoth.com and the United States government do not charge them, nor can we control them, nor do we profit from them in any way. We will NOT mark a parcel as a GIFT to avoid customs or duty. Please don't ask, as we'll have to say "no".
3. Returns. Returns are ONLY available on Jewelry and Clothing. COSMETICS and HOSIERY are NOT returnable. Please note, we will NOT refund the cost of shipping an item back to us. So PLEASE PLEASE ask all applicable SIZE and mesurement questions BEFORE ordering Clothing. Ask any questions before you order. We are very accomodating as to giving you measurement info. Note measurements are in INCHES. All sizes are American.
