Glossary. Or ‘what stuff means’

Not Sent: we have received your order. It has not yet entered the processing stage


Order Submitted: This means you have successfully submitted an order and it is awaiting processing. We have not yet checked your order for any errors, such as mismatching address

Processing: This means your order has been submitted and has passed the Address Verification. We are working diligently on filling your order in as timely a manner as we can. We try to ship every order as soon as we possibly can and most orders ship in 3-8 business days. (business days are Mon-Fri. Holidays and weekends are not business days) but can sometimes (not often) take up to 30 days.

Despatched: This means your order has shipped and is on it's way to your door.


Despatched-incompleteorder: your order shipped but something was not available. You were not billed for the item and it was canceled from your order. Please see the email we sent you when your order shipped for more information.


Out of Stock: Something on your order is currently out of stock and we are awaiting a shipment of more of the item. Your order is still on track and will not be marked as backordered unless we learn the manufacturer can't fill our order in a timely fashion.


Backordered: Sometimes we are out of an item and the manufacturer is also out at the same time. It doesn't happen often, but it does happen. When your order status is set to backordered, we send you an email. We keep your order open unless you want us to cancel it. We do not charge your card. A backordered order may take up to  30 days to fill, because it usually means the manufacturer has to make more of that particular item. You may of course cancel a backorder if you do not want to wait.


Customer Request: Your order is on hold because we asked you a question and are awaiting your reply. If you haven't received an email from us asking you a question about your order, please check your email again and check your spam folder. If you still can’t find any email from us, please contact us.


Declined: Your payment was declined. We sent you an email. You will need to reorder with another form of payment or when funds are available.


CVC2Code Mismatch: The 3 digit code on the back of your card we asked you to enter is not correct. We can not process your order without the correct code. We sent you an email. Sometimes this also means you entered the wrong expiration date. Either way, you will need to reorder as your order could not be processed.


Billing Mismatch: The address you entered is not your credit card billing address. We can only ship to the billing address on file. We sent you an email.


No Verification on Account: Sometimes  (not often) some small banks will refuse to verify addresses. We regret we can not accept payment from these banks. In our experience it is usually very small credit unions (but not always)  or some overseas banks with whom this happens. We sent you an email.


Sold Out: unfortunately, the item you ordered is sold out. Your order has been canceled and you have not been charged
