Your 100% satisfaction is our goal at goodgoth.com!  If you would like to return an item because it doesn't fit or  you just don't like it, please read these instructions and print our Easy Returns form below. We accept returns  postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of your merchandise.  (That means the package must be mailed/postmarked within 7 days. It doesn't mean we must receive the return within seven days. You do not need to send your package overnight. Send it parcel post if you want! Just as long as it is postmarked within the 7 days) Returned items must be in new condition.( tags must still be on). We do not accept items that smell of perfume, cigarette smoke, or are coated with cat hair. We will not accept a return with damage or obvious signs of wear and tear, use or misuse. Returns that are not in resellable condition will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. It is YOUR responsibility to insure the Item arrives SAFELY and INTACT. INSURE YOUR RETURN. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. We reserve the right to refuse EXCESSIVE returns from a customer. Damaged items are only returnable for exchange of same item. No cash refunds on damaged goods.
Restocking fee If you wish to return an item(s) for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be issued. There will be no restocking fee if you return an item for goodgoth.com store credit or for exchange. Why have we decided to begin charging restocking fees? Simple: to keep costs and thus prices down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are many costs associated with processing an order. But if you buy something and then return it, we have to deal with more costs to handle the return. In addition, in many cases we have been getting left with products that can no longer be sold as new.
Return Policy on Footwear Footwear is returnable UNWORN (other than trying on) within 7 days of receipt for exchange only. NO CASH REFUNDS ON FOOTWEAR. STORE CREDIT ONLY.  We do not accept returns showing signs of wear, wear to soles or covered in animal hair. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards. Customer pays  all shipping.
Non returnable items; For health reasons, we do not accept returns of hosiery, cosmetics, hair dye, lingerie,  corsets, even if unopened. There are no returns or exchanges on these items.
Sale/Clearance items; Sale of items purchased from our On Sale page (www.goodgoth.com/salestuff.htm) is final. There are no returns or exchanges on Sale/Clearance items purchased off of our sale page.
