Q. Do your shoes run big or small?

A. Yes! Quite seriously, we have had people tell us they run big and small and true to size. Unisex shoes will generally be cut wider than women's styles. The higher a heel, the tighter a shoe will seem, as gravity will move your toes forward.

Q. What are the calf measurements on your boots?

A. Our boots have industry standard calf measurements. If you have large calves and have had trouble with boots in the past, you will probably have trouble with these. We do try to offer several style of boot that are adjustable for large calves. Again, the unisex boots are generally cut slightly wider than the women's styles.

Q. What is patent?

A. Patent is shiny and looks like patent leather.

Q. What is p.u?

A. P.U is an abbreviation of polyurethane and refers to the materials used in manufacturing the shoe. When referring to the finish, or color, p.u is not shiny. It is dull matte and looks like regular leather.

Q. Are your boots vegetarian?

A. Unless noted otherwise, all footwear is synthetic or man made. Whenever a shoe contains leather we note that in the description

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We will exchange shoes or boots that do not fit. However, we will not pay for the shipping back to us, or of the new style. You may also return footwear for goodgoth store credit you can use toward other goodgoth gear.

Q. Where are these shoes made?

A. China and Taiwan
