Please!!! include your name, "handle"is ok, too, along with a bio that will appear at the end of your submission and can include an email address and hyperlink to a website or blog if you wish.  Please check spelling and punctuation before sending your submission. Please tell us if you will allow reprinting of your submissionfor free by others,(giving you credit, of course) or if they need to contact you prior to reprinting or if you would rather not have your submission reprinted elsewhere.
